Our company implements IS9001 standard and establishes a quality assurance system including design, production, installation and service. Our company has passed the certification audit and obtained IS9001 quality system certification.


The company attaches great importance to the establishment, maintenance and improvement of the company's quality system. Organize the implementation and establish the quality system organization structure with the general manager as the highest quality responsible person, the management representative being responsible for the specific general responsibility, and the departments responsible for each item. Clarify the quality responsibilities from general manager to employee. The marketing department is responsible for the confirmation of user requirements and contract review, and the quality department is responsible for the operation and management of quality and living expenses and the verification of products such as incoming inspection, process inspection and finished product inspection. The production department is responsible for the organization of balanced production, "three according to" production and equipment management. After sales service department is responsible for providing satisfactory service to users and collecting feedback of users' opinions. At the same time, combined with the characteristics of boiler and pressure vessel manufacturing, professional technical responsibility was implemented, and nine responsible engineers, including "quality management", "design", "process", "welding", "material", "production", "inspection", "nondestructive testing" and "equipment", were appointed to solve the technical and quality problems in relevant professional fields. On the other hand, it is the implementation of the system. On the basis of the "quality manual", nearly 30 procedure documents, nearly 100 working documents and nearly 100 process technical documents have been compiled for the 20 management elements of IS9001 standard, and a complete set of quality management document system has been established, so that each quality activity has procedure regulations, document guidance and rules to follow.


The purpose of quality system is to provide satisfactory products to users. Ensuring and steadily improving product quality is the focus of quality system movement. From the beginning of product design, ensure to meet the requirements of national laws and regulations and relevant standards, and meet the needs of customers. The "product design work procedure" specifies the working procedures, work contents and requirements for various design links such as design input, design output, high resident review, design verification, design confirmation, design change, etc. the design drawings of boiler products shall be submitted to Provincial Bureau of quality and technical supervision for examination and approval before production and supply to users.


Ensuring the quality of raw materials and purchased products is the basis of ensuring product quality. "Procurement procedure" stipulates that suppliers should be reviewed before material procurement, and suppliers with stable supply quality should be selected as partners. The main materials used for products are products or brands of manufacturers with high credibility and reliable quality. For example, steel plate and other products of domestic large professional enterprises are adopted; control components and main supporting parts are selected from domestic or international famous brands.


    According to the "inspection and test procedure", all purchased materials shall be subject to incoming inspection. The incoming inspection of raw materials shall be carried out according to the requirements of jb3375 "incoming inspection of boiler raw materials". Other purchased parts, outsourcing parts, auxiliary equipment accessories and control components shall be inspected according to the requirements of corresponding standards and technical documents to ensure that unqualified materials are not imported Factory, unqualified materials will not be put into use.


In the manufacturing process of products, "production management procedure" stipulates that all production departments shall organize production in strict accordance with the requirements of technological process, and production operators shall strictly implement the "three production" system, and carry out production and production according to drawings, process documents and standard requirements. The welding process is a special process of our company, which has special requirements of "welding process control procedure", and the qualified welding process documents are used to guide the production; the welding materials are divided into one and two levels of management, and the acceptance, storage, drying, distribution and recovery of welding materials are strictly controlled; all welders on duty are purchased and trained according to the boiler and pressure vessel welder examination issued by the former Ministry of labor of the people's Republic of China The welder shall strictly follow the welding process in the welding construction, and the welding responsible engineer and welding inspector shall inspect the implementation of the process on site to effectively control the welding quality.


According to the regulations of "inspection and test procedure", the system of "self inspection, mutual inspection and special inspection" is implemented in the process inspection. The production workers check their own products first, and conduct mutual inspection on the products of the previous process. The full-time inspection is responsible for the special inspection according to the requirements of drawings and standards, and track the whole process of the manufacturing of products and parts. If the product is out of order, it is required to sign the qualified record, or label and mark the product completely. Products without process inspection or unqualified inspection cannot flow into the next process. For the unqualified products, the quality department shall strictly perform the functions of identification, control, report, isolation and supervision, and strictly control the unqualified products, so as to ensure that the unqualified parts are not transferred to the sequence and the unqualified products are not delivered. The testing equipment and measuring instruments are managed by levels and verified by force to ensure the reliable performance and accurate measurement value of the testing equipment and measuring instruments. In order to ensure the quality of the products before and after the final inspection, the quality of the products should be checked before and after the completion of the inspection.


In order to ensure the continuous and effective operation of the quality system, the quality department of the company adopts such measures as daily inspection of the quality work of each department, annual internal quality audit and management review to take corrective and preventive measures for the existing or potential unqualified phenomena in the operation of the quality system, so as to continuously improve and improve the quality system of the company.
